El Marques Hotel Boutique is located in a XVII century colonial house, and made part of a packages of house with walls and door ways of equal height to the ownership of Conde Casa Pestagua. Currently, the house retains the Spanish colonial houses infrastructure of the time, their floors, walls, columns, stairways, balconies and gates.
